Aqua Park
Mijas Aqua Park is one of two water parks on the coast (the other being Torremolinos) and is located just off the N340 in Fuengirola. Open from 10:30 hrs. to 18:00 hrs. Facilities include self-service restaurant, changing rooms, safety deposit boxes, gift shop, floats and a picnic area. Just remember if you are planning on spending the day at the aqua park, bring along plenty of suntan lotion. |

Horse Racing at the Hipodromo Mijas
Located just of the N340 heading towards Mijas this is one of the most popular attractions in the coast. An entertaining day our for all the family and equally as entertaining is the floodlit evening events in the summer. Watch out for concerts and events as the Hipodromo has played host to Rod Steward and Elton John to name a few over the summer of 2005.
